Had my first cut and blow dry with this salon today and am pleased with it. Nice salon and staff. I approve of the fair pricing - they charge  similar prices for men and women, unlike many salons which charge women much more for the same service. They apparently use cruelty-free products as well.

When I've been here for a colour cut in the past with Lisa, the service was great - highly recommended. However, when I went back to book a hair colour recently, though I spoke to to the stylist, she couldn't give me an exact quote before I actually agreed to have the service done, even though it was a simple service I was asking for. That's quite an odd business strategy, because most people don't agree to a service without a quote... I was told it would be somewhere between £45 -£65 and then someone else told me £36-45 ... that's a bit of a big difference and makes me question how they come up with the price. Every other salon I've been to can provide me with a quote for a straight forward service. I'm afraid this has put me off... as a customer, I have to know how much I'm going to be expected to pay before I agree to a service.

Had a haircut and colour last week. It was amazing, the team is so great and they have so much experience and style doing this. So happy with the results and big thanks to Georgia, she is amazing!

For all you ladies out there with naturally curly hair, Leslie Frances, Sheffield is the place to go.  For the first time in years I feel that I have found somewhere that 'gets' and understands curly hair.  A wonderful young lady by the name of Georgia cut my hair.  She is not only a wonderful, cheerful person, but from the moment I walked into the salon, she made me feel at ease and understood my fear of hairdressers.  I will certainly be back again.  Thank you, Georgia and Leslie Frances, Sheffield.
