I've been coming to this salon 3 months now. After staying with the same stylist for 15 years. And what I've noticed is my hair actually is growing like never before. The service is always professional and welcoming. My appointments are always on time. And I'm always very happy with my hair. Thank you Joanna you really are fabulous  so glad I found you.

Joanna was amazing, she listened to what I wanted, gave her opinion but still gave me a choice. She told me what she was doing and how it worked and gave me the exact result I wanted.

I had my butterfly cut on Wednesday afternoon. I'm very pleased. I was booked immediately. Nicola that was doing my cut went above and beyond with cutting and styling. Everybody in the salon is so polite and chatty. I will be back! Ta.

Joanna always takes good care of my hair and has great advice about what will work. She is chatty and friendly too. I always come out of the salon happy.

I have been going to Zara for 15 years. She always gives exceptional service with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. Sophia is always caring and kind. Really enjoy visiting the salon. Just wish you created a loyalty card that gave a free blow dry etc.

1st time at Creator with an over anxious teen who expects Miracles when having her hair styled  it'll all look like those Tiktoks Zara sat and asked her what she wanted, she consulted with her throughout and performed that Miracle. She literally skipped out she was beaming. and was so so happy with the new style Totally recommend ..

Before christmas I had to book a hair cut with the creator salon as my regular hair dresser was busy. Zara did my hair cut, she made me feel very welcome, apologised as her last client took a bit longer, but most importantly she got me the perfect hair cut I was looking for. She immediately understood what I wanted and quickly delivered. I will definitely come back soon. Thanks Zara x

The Salon overall was very clean the staff were very friendly and welcoming I usually feel quite anxious at the hairdressers but Nicola was amazing I requested layers she did my hair better than I had imagined and she was very talkative and kind and made me feel at ease. I had a brilliant experience I would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

I’ve been to Courtney a few times now and she’s been so amazing! My hair looks great and I feel so comfortable throughout the whole appointment, she’s fantastic for recommending different products and what would look best, I would really recommend her!
