Fantastic customer service. I bought a car from here a little over a week ago. I phoned prior to visiting due to living outside of the Sheffield area. I made an appointment to view the car and I was asked if I would like a video of the car before I came to view. Which I accepted. I drove to Sheffield a few days later and viewed the car. I had the video sent to me by Natasha and she was wonderful from start to finish. I took the car for a test drive. Natasha drove mine for a test drive as I was looking to part Ex and all of the finance and paperwork was sorted without fuss. I was even able to drive my new car back home the same day. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the customer service I received. Natasha is a credit to your company. Thank you
Excellent customer service. Bought a used car and the purchase was handled without a hitch, very friendly, polite and helpful. Fantastic service - I bought a car and also arranged a trade in of my old vehicle. Dawid was as helpful as could be, honest advice and found me an ideal vehicle that was located elsewhere. Despite being over Christmas he collected the car and sorted it out and I got it today - again, very relaxed and helpful with no pressure. So, worth a visit and great service - coffee is good too. Highly recommended.

Bought a car and had fantastic customer service from Connor from start to finish. I paid £99 deposit and went to view the car. I couldn’t drive it away that day as it was the weekend but the car remained reserved for me despite not being able to return for it until the end of the week. The only problem I had was with my bank essentially allowing me to have my own money. I couldn’t get access to my money over the phone so Connor drove me to two banks as the first branch had no personal banker, he then drove me to the post office so we could tax the car. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you Connor.
Purchased my Mercedes with Connor and the whole process was very quick and comfortable. From the initial call to collection there was 2 days in between. I was taken through each stage with lots of detail and would recommend to anyone in the market.
Although I did not purchase a car on the day I wanted to share my experience, whilst at the site I met a sales advisor called Natasha who answered every question I had, nothing was too much trouble. When I am ready to make my purchase I will definitely book in with Natasha.
It was a very seamless experience sorting out the paperwork with Evanshalshaw especially having Connor Littlewood taking it upon himself to explain the grey areas helped in no small measure to fast track the handover process of my ride. Connor is very professional, honest and straightforward and I am not sure I would have at ease without his help. Fun-fact!!! I didn't even inspect the car physically but my baby is sitting pretty on my runway. Evanshalshaw come highly recommended and Connor is your go to guy if you want to seal the deal in record time.
It’s been a while since I bought a car and Conner was the perfect sales person for me. He was informative and took time to understand my needs. I came away with a lovely car. Great service.
Lovely experience with Natasha at Citron Sheffield when getting my new car. She was very organised and answered any questions I had. Maddy was able to help out by giving me a nice deal on my PX. Great team would defo buy again from them!
