I would recommend Hatfields Jaguar Sheffield to friends and family because the service is outstanding. We had a fabulous experience right from walking through the door to eventually driving out in our new car. Joshua was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He talked us through a number of options and we did not feel under any pressure and was able to ask him anything. The car Jaguar XE Dynamic Black is an absolute dream to drive.
I went to buy a car a few weeks ago and was blown away by the great service I received. The dealership has a great range of cars and my salesman Danny was extremely helpful with all my queries. Danny and the dealership made sure that car was in great condition before the sale went through. Couldn’t recommend Hatfields, especially Danny enough.
Spoken to these guys twice over the past six months and each time, there was no rush to come in or need to pay for a service. Simple, straight talking and fair pricing. As well as honesty and transparency. Considering I didn't buy or service my car from this dealership it speaks volumes about how they operate. There are cheaper cars to buy and Jaguar as a whole isn't the cheapest manufacturer sooooo it's never cheap going through the dealer HOWEVER, if you want to have a top level of service and it being surprisingly CHEERFUL would highly recommend Hatfields. Shout out Mark who is a few months in but very knowledgeable, really sound and couldn't do enough to help.
We picked Hatfields Jaguar Sheffield after enquiring at a few Jaguar showrooms. Hatfields Jaguar Josh and Chris were by far the most helpful and responsive of all the garages within a reasonable distance to us. We ordered our car through Josh who was very knowledgeable and helpful, Josh took his time to explain everything thoroughly, and listened to what your ideal car was and would magically have it ready for you, Chris and Josh both granted us an amazing deal. Nothing was too much trouble for Josh, he was very polite and personable making the whole experience enjoyable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Hatfields Jaguar to anyone considering a Jaguar or Land Rover and would definitely choose them again. Thank you! As explained to Josh before, all the other places I have gone to Jaguar dealers they were pushing to get their cars out, whereas Josh and Chris would listen then give you the options you have asked for and then bring the cars in front of you. I mean well done to you for not being pushy but knowledgeable.
Exceptional service, thank you. They efficiently took care of every request, picked me up from another town to collect my car, followed up with a courtesy call and courtesy thank you letter. A truly enjoyable experience and Oliver was terrific

The experience at Hatfields Jaguar Sheffield was great because I was told by a friend who purchased a vehicle from the branch, that the experience was totally different from other car dealerships. I have wanted a Jaguar for a while and my first time buying from your branch was such a great experience, I believe I will be returning to purchase my next Jaguar.
