Absolutely seamless from start to finish. Purchased my first EV at distance I’m in Norwich but John and Tim made the whole process very easy. They provided me with a great video tour of the car and were totally honest in their appraisal of the car which was really important to save me a 7 hour round trip had the car not been as described. Took my car for a Recall, Initially booking in was very efficient, although we had to pay £15 to get a taxi home granted not rhein fault The car was scheduled to be ready at 2pm, but then got a call saying there was a 'slight delay' and it wouldn't be ready till 4pm.... SLIGHT delay! This meant I had to reschedule my carer responsibilities and get a taxi back in rush hour traffic and the whole experience cost me £30, by no fault of my own.
Hi this is the third used Renault Clio I have bought from Pentagon Sheffield I've always had a good trouble free experience and first class help with documents and putting my private plate on my new purchase This time it was the sales consultant Basit Ali He took care of everything for me and I thank him for that Peter Gill
