Just bought my second consecutive car from this dealership who always go above and beyond in providing a professional, polite and personalised service. Unlike most other dealerships, these guys don’t pressure you into sales and decisions. They also work hard to find the right product in their range to suit your budget rather than pushing you above your limit like others often do. I will be back in a few years to buy my third consecutive car from here, I’m sure! Grace Dawson was extremely helpful and very enthusiastic about helping me buy my new car! A really positive experience. Andy Clarke was also very helpful in trying to help me find a suitable second-hand car, previously. They even gift wrapped my new car and provided some additional features free of charge. Definitely felt like a 5 star experience.
I live in the Scottish Highlands and need a car to travel around a large area. I have wanted to go electric for a long time and found this beautiful used Nissan Leaf on the AA website available at BSMN. I picked it up in Sheffield last week and did a part exchange to sell my old vehicle. I can only praise and recommend Ben. He has been helpful, knowledgeable and has made the procedure so easy. Buying a first electric car meant moving out of my comfort zone and I have had all the answers I was looking for from Ben. Thank you Bristol Street Motors Nissan and thank you Ben. This is a photo taken yesterday on my way to a meeting on the Ardnamurchan peninsula. The coffee cost me more than the fuel !
Never would I reccomend this dealership The after service is sub standard. Promising everything delivering nothing. Promise to call back never do. Just give poor excuses and blame each other for what the simplest things are not done. Lie about what they going to do and they try fobbing u off with the lamest excuses. They need training on how to deal with customers as their attitude stinks.the coursty car they gave was disgusting with used face masks. Horrible service
1. Excellent selection of vehicles maintained to a high standard. 2. Extremely professional and reliable customer service. Any call backs and queries answered and followed through by reception team. 3. Very knowledgeable, helpful and professional sales team. The video walk round of the car I bought was very useful. All paper work, delivery and associated admin was carried out reassuringly quickly and was clearly explained. 4. No pressure sales attitude a real bonus - I was made aware of extras warranty/ alloy wheel insurance etcbut did not feel the obligated to take them. 4. Excellent PX rates and policy. 5. Buy with confidence!
Brilliant service from start to finish on my car purchase. All the staff were lovely but my main point of contact I dealt with was Jay Walker, he couldn't do enough fot me and was genuinely happy with how happy I was with my car on the day I collected it. I would definitely recommend this place and in years to come when I'm ready for a change, I will be back as I know I will be looked after. Thanks Jay and team at Sheffield Bristol Street motors.
Cannot recommend this place enough having just purchased a car from them. Jay Walker was fantastic. He wasn’t pushing for a sale, clearly explained things and has continued to go well above and beyond to get us sorted since purchase. I would 100% return to buy a car from Jay and Bristol Street Motors in the future.
I sold my car today at Nissan garage, the staff is fantastic . The process was so easy and Grace explained everything l needed to know clearly. Grace made me a cup of cappuccino and made me feel welcomed. Jack drove us back home afterwards and made our way back home easy.
The experience with the dealer was fine. But I wasn't happy with the condition of the car so decided not to proceed with a purchase. I was told on the day that my £99 holding deposit for the car would be refunded in approx 48 hrs. A week later still no refund. On ringing the dealer I've been told it will take another 3 - 5 days to process the refund. That's poor service and really not good enough. We all know It only takes a few minutes of someone's time to process a card refund. Doesn't leave me feeling good about the place.
I was there to buy a car witch unfortunately was sold by the time I get there. I meet there Mr Jay Walker, a professional and helpful sales advisorbest of the best, witch helped me to find the right car, even it wasn't from his branch. I highly recommend Bristol Street Motors Nissan Sheffield, especially Jay Walker!
Grace was amazing she was so lovely welcoming & explained everything for my new car. She is the nicest person I've met this year & if you ever need a new please ask for her.
