Absolutely love going to Reflex! The atmosphere is always electric, the music is brilliant and the staff are superb! Customer service is second to none! Service with a smile always. Definitely one of my most favourite venues in Blackpool. I always recommend going to reflex you are always guaranteed a great night!!!
Visited for drinks, you really do get what you see. Loud music and drinks in plastic cups. My feet were sticking to the floor around the bar and the toilets smelt not so great. I’d recommend a visit if you’re looking to dance!

Been in a few times now the staff are spot on always polite and accommodating. I've been on a Saturday night and the place was rocking brilliant music and lively scene. I popped in today for food had cheese and bacon burger and chips, food was lovely. I was served by a lady called Donna she was polite and made sure we had everything we needed. I've met a few of the staff now and the other 2 that have made an impression on me being helpful and friendly are lads called Alex and Liam. I would recommend this place to my friends and family and I will definitely be going back again in the very near future.
Absolute dive. Filthy toilets were gross sticky carpets and floors. Tables sticky whole place stunk. Such a shame as the place plays great music and has amazing potential maybe wrong staff running it.
Come to Blackpool twice a year and our first stop is always the Reflex we love it!!! The music the choice of drinks and the staff just brilliant. Well done keep up the good work Thanks Sue
Visited Reflex with my family. Had such a good atmosphere and a good selection of drinks to choose from. Was served by Paige on the bar, gave us amazing customer service and was so lovely to us. Will definitely be returning here again for a night out

Had a brilliant night in reflex, DJ played all our favourite party songs with cheap drinks and friendly staff
I’m sure it’s a great night time party venue, however, at lunchtime on a bank holiday Monday, it has to be the coldest, bleakest venue I’ve ever visited! The bar staff were friendly and changed my dreadful tasting pint for another dreadful tasting pint promptly and without question! It was a relief to get back outside for the warmth of the Blackpool wind!
