I went hear to pick up a friend of mine who was staying there for a week and has done on numerous occasions, she lives over 70 miles away and they send a taxi for her also take her back home and its all in the price of your stay, Iwent into meet the owner who a very nice man indeed I would recommend this place to anyoneRooms: 5/5

This weekend was the first time we have visited this hotel after being mytherd by our friends to come and I have to say I wasn't dissapointed, the hotel is the friendliest hotel I have ever visited. Nothing was too much trouble, the food is top class and the fresh fish was to die for. We like dancing and the entertainment was excellent. there is even bingo. We will certainly be visiting again soon. The last thing, i lost a button off my waistcoat and he even went to the trouble of looking for it and posting it back tom ***** stars >Neil and Jean
It was far beyond my expectations ,all the staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble, everyone staying there is so friendly. Never stopped laughing, definitely be back , hopefully soon
it was my first time and i loved it we went with people with learning difficulties and dissabilities and they could not do enough for them the food was fantastic tasty and hot the rooms lovely and clean x
It surpassed my expectations. From the moment they picked me up to the time theysadly dropped me off, I couldn't fault anything. All the staff under the direction of the owners were so warm and welcoming. I will be back.Rooms: 5/5
I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and would never stay anywhere else. The food is amazing the rooms are spotless well decorated lovely bathroom. Hotel is so friendly smiley and co you are just amazing where else would you stay when the hotel owner joins in with everything makes you laugh and is so attentive to his guests. Keep up the good work Smiley and all your staff you are just the best xx
Lovely staff. Very clean room. Quite basic facilities. Very small parking area. No signs of disabled access at the front. Excellent food for most. However absolutely no vegetarian menu on offer! A bit of a shock. I eat fish which was.lucky but I asked for Vegetarian Sunday dinner and nothing offered. Made do with a dire cheese salad less than a side salad served up no dressing, no onion poor show. As I watched everyone else tuck into a splendid and whooping portion of best best beef and roasters etc. Its not hard to do a stlr fry with noodles, or rice, an omlette or have some veggie alternatives on standby. I was made feel very uncomfortable with my choice of being a non meat eating Vegetarian. It is not unique, nor new and has been around for many years and even part of some religions and cultures. Nor is it an inconvenience or difficult to accommodate. Such a shame that they could not cater for my needs. Never come across this lack of understanding before. On the plus side the entertainment was pretty good .
