We recently re-mortgaged with reeds rains, we needed a fast completion so that work could start on building the house extension asap. Sandi was our mortgage advisor and she was excellent from start to finish, a great laugh and professional, she worked tirelessly to make sure everything went smoothly and also helped us get a better deal on life insurance. I  highly recommend the service provided.

Victoria Simms arranged our mortgage.
There were several issues that arose, due to other parties that caused us a lot of stress.
Victoria was just fantastic, supporting us through it all. She followed up with other parties constantly and always kept us informed. She really went over and above for us and we cannot thank her enough.
Victoria is an asset to Reeds Rains and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage.

I went to view a property for rent which Reeds Rains had available prior to the Christmas period. I was met at the property by Kayleigh who was punctual and friendly and dealt with me in a very customer focused and professional manner. She was also very knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions I had on the house and the local area.
The house was almost perfect however the second bedroom was a little on the small side so unfortunately was not suitable. The service I received was outstanding and I would recommend to all.

I met Emma Fagan as a representative of Reeds Rains at my property to let.  She presented extremely well & was professional throughout.  The tenancy process went very smoothly & I was happy, however the tenant had a change of circumstances that needed close management.  A replacement was found verry efficiently and Emma was supporting me throughout the change.  I did receive some incorrect advice that I argued against with two other members of the central office team, they eventually accepted my position in the discussions.  Emma (now promoted) and members of her Branch Office have been extremely efficient, courteous and professional throughout the lettings process.

I have just bought a property through Reeds Rains St Helens. Their helpfulness and service has been excellent. Emma Horrocks was the estate agent i dealt with. She is professional helpful and did everything she could in her power to help my purchase go through smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for her and calls were always returned prompt with any answers that i may have needed. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains St Helens and Emma Horrocks in particular. Thank you for an excellent service provided all round.
