I have been really impressed with Whitegates. They had an offer secured on the house within a day. Unfortunately the sale fell through but Whitegates came up trumps again in an equally fast time. This was way above my expectations and the service throughout was top notch. I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anybody. I would also like to record my appreciation of the friendly assistance from Barbara throughout.

Amazing! Sold my house with in 2 hours.
I am so impressed with the service provided by the Whitegates team in particular ,Becky Flanagan and Jessica Turner
Becky has been so informative keeping us updated every step of the way. Becky has excellent communication skills with an approachable professional manner.
Jess was efficient and responsive ,spending time answering are enquiries and questions .Jess gave advice regarding the valuation and presenting the property.

A warning to anyone using this company. We were told we could view a property and then informed that it had not yet been cleaned. We were informed we would be called when the property had been cleaned ready for viewing, this never occurred. When viewing the property there was mould all over the bathroom, a fire hazard in the kitchen with a plug socket hanging out of the wall and a pot of unknown liquid in the cupboard under the stairs. 

After being informed that we would like to keep a pet there, the agent ensured she would contact us later that day with an answer and then after no call arrived we contacted them. Another call was promised for the next morning. When no call occurred by 2pm that day we contacted the company to find out that the first person viewing had taken the property. 

While this is understandable, not informing someone of this is rude and unacceptable. After reading reviews of how the office is managed I have no trouble in believing them to be true. The level of customer service here is absolutely atrocious.

Jessica and the team at Whitegates were professional from the word off. They kept us fully up to date with everything that was happening and made sure they were courteous and helpful throughout listing our property. The photographs and write up of our house were amazing and in our opinion made our house look exactly how we wanted potential buyers to see it. For personal reasons we decided not to remove our property from the market. Whitegates made sure that this was done smoothly and efficiently and fully understood our situation. We will definitely be coming back to Whitegates when we decide to sell. Thanks again!!!

I have been dealing with Baraba for the past 6 months or thereabouts and I have got to say she is amazing. She has went above and beyond her call of duty and I would definitely recommend Whitegates in Huyton, ask for Barbara and she will do anything for you. Overall very impressed. *****
