Carly & Sara were top draw, I was a total novice to this and they guided me through effortlessly, and had my property rented out within 6 weeks and the tenant they put in is absolutely spot on.. Nothing was too much trouble and I literally had viewings coming out my ears on its first week, which they take care of.. Even on the sign up date after you have had a manic time getting the house cleared and ready, Carly asked if I had sorted the landlord insurance, which I hadn't in the me-lee of things to do.. here reply, don’t worry I have one her for you ready to go.. that’s the standards I am talking about.. If Carlsberg made letting agents,. these would be it.. GIRL POWER!!

We used Entwistle Green to rent our house. This rental was to finance a second property, so the rental income was essential. After an extremely bad experience with our 1st tenants from another company we turned to Carly and Sara for help. The professionalism and enthusiasm of Sara and Carly was and still is fantastic. No question or query is to much for them, with what became daily calls they helped us through a really difficult time in the process of finding a new tenant. Carly & Sara gave us advice and guidance well beyond what we expected, they made the whole process appear trouble free. We felt that they personalised the experience and were as keen as us to find us the right person / persons for our property. They are kind, helpful and very pleasant ladies. We could not have wanted more ! Thank you both.

Cannot recommend the girls in this office enough ..(Carly/Sara)!! They service they provided when I was looking for a tenant for my property was first class. Informative... professional.... and very reassuring. I had been trying to rent my property unsuccessfully for several months with various agents, within a week or so it was let!! Fantastic!!!

I used Entwistle Green when looking for a new rental property. I think the whole process is a smooth one and stress free. They send you a text message when you book a viewing to tell you the time, date and full address of the property; therefore no forgetting when you've booked it for or where you're going. I was relocating from outside of the area and had never lived in St Helens before so this really helped! I would use them again for sure! Thanks guys.
