worst phone customer service ever. They need a proper training. very disappointed. money need to be taken before is fine for me but i cant give another chance for the rudeness horrible manner.

Have used them so many times and I must say the drivers are polite and helpful...better than a lot of companies for sure...I would recommend them over and over again...and the staff is brilliant !!!

Extremely unreliable! I booked a car for this morning to take me to the tube station because I had to catch a flight. I've booked the car last night due to the early hour I needed the taxi service for. After waiting infront of my house for 5 minutes I phoned up to ask where is the taxi and I was put on hold and then after a short wait disconnected. I phoned again because I needed a taxi and was told that I can rebook but the next available cab will be at mine after 20 minutes. Needless to say that when I gave my pick up location post code they knew my house number so I'm not sure how they knew that instantly but I didn't have a booking!? The best solution the operator had for me was to call the main office and complain to them! Are you people for real, when I was already 15 minutes behind schedule. I wouldn't trust this company and my family and I will never use it again!

Ordered a cab for 4 in the morning for a flight and no cab arrived and they claim I haven’t paid for it, despite money coming out of my account and a confirmation email. Useless service
