The lack of service and understanding from their incompetent delivery driver was absolutely unbelievable. We ordered through JustEat, and the driver called me to say he had arrived. I asked him where he was, and he gave me a random address and said that he was at the post code I provided him, which was not the correct post code or address which I provided. He insisted that it was, and when I gave him the correct address, he demanded that I pay extra for gas. I told him that I was not going to do that, and he threatened not to deliver my food. He then hung up on me, and I tried calling the store numerous times but they would not answer. He soon called me back, and said that he was still lost, and could not find the address, (even though it is on Google maps). He said that I was wasting his gas money, and he was going back to the store. The driver's rude comments, and lack of common sense have ensured that I will never attempt to order from this restaurant again.

Good food, but the delivery took an unusually long time (> 1 hour). The staff did not communicate politely when enquired about the delivery on phone.

The Red Rose offers the finest Indian cuisine I have ever sampled in Exeter. Their Bengal Chicken was spicy, but full of taste, and the naan I ate there was sublime. Service was quick and the staff friendly, helpful, and diligent. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant to all my friends in the future.

0 starts! Honestly can't believe they are able to sell this food to people. Worst food ever tried. Didn't eat any of due to being afraid of getting sick. So artificial. All food looks coloured. To top it off they gave 2 not ordered chicken dishes to 2 vegetarians that only ordered vegetarian food.

Never ever ever.. eat here. On arrival 4 people were leaving and place was empty!!! Too many beers didn't read reviews (massive mistake) To cut a long story.... When I complained that the food was horrid staff turned on me and called me a M**** F**** honetly... The Naan and bottled beers were the only palatable items on the table.. Veg curry made with Iceland frozen veg.. Shashlik... The cheapest nastiest chewy bits of meat... Horrid experience Burger King leaves this place standing... Mr Owner your restaurant (haha joke) should ..will go down.... Hope your mama is ok....
