Placed an order last night through just-eat. The order never turned up and they wouldn't even answer the phone when I repeatedly called to ask where my order was. I have raised a complaint with just-eat.

Twice have received no food and been hung up on when rang to find out where the food is or if it is being delivered. Good food very poor customer service. Will be wanting money back.... Don't exept the orders if your not gonna bother

If i could give no stars, I would. Ordered from Orca the other night through the just-eat website. When my order was 30mins late i rang Orca, they asked for my postcode and then told me my order was 5mins away...after the 1hr mark i contacted just-eat and they rang Orca on my behalf, the customer service guy on the live chat informed me my order would be here in 5mins. My food arrived (cold) 1hr18mins late, I asked the delivery driver why he was late and he just stared at me blankly holding out my order. I wrote a review on just-eat to which the owner replied stating that I had given the wrong address and wrong phone number (impossible seeing as my details are saved my just-eat account) and i only gave the correct details upon phoning Orca. Its funny as no other takeaway has had the same issue through just-eat when i order? and Orca managed to deliver just 15mins late on my previous order?! 

Avoid at all costs, rubbish business practice, terrible customer service and the owner will lie through his back teeth when he makes a mistake.

Wish I could give a 0 star experience. Ordered our food online at 00:30 am and were told it would be an hour until delivery. We waited an hour & 20 minutes and then they cancelled our order stating that they were closing soon and didn't have time to cook our order anymore... What a f@$#£*! disgrace of a business, probably dodged a bullet though reading through all of the other reviews of their apparent appalling food quality.
