Passed by this venue daily on my way to class. Never did I stop there. Then One day stopped and ordered the Lamb burger which was exceptionally good. Since then I've been ordering variations of it. Like that the meal comes with real potato chips. Yesterday I ordered and had a wait of less than ten minutes so sat down to wait. When food was ready I decided to have it sit-in. Which was out of my normal routine but really enjoyed it. Specially since there was a desert bar connected to it. What a tempting situation I created for myself. Anyway lovely food every time I order whether online or in store. Service is the best. Please like my review if it has helped you
Great food but such slow service. Food is worth the wait though. Not great for large groups as the time the first person gets their food and finishes, last person will be getting served. Also don't expect to get starters first, most likely all food will come at once. Recommended for a smaller group or if you're alone. Once they refurbish the toilet area, will give it 5 stars.
I was recommended this place and stopped over en-route from Highlands to Manchester and wasn't disappointed. Excellent selection of tasty food and desserts and the kids loved it. Nice place which is a eatery and dessert house combined. Kids ordered burgers which looked scrumptious and we had the Mix Grill the chicken was so tender and succulent and you could tell the food was freshly prepared. The customer service was brilliant very friendly and polite staff and they really looked after us. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
The food is great, but unfortunately the service is atrocious, for a business that turns over so much, you think they can afford to expand their kitchen to increase the speed in which the food is served to the customers. The average wait time for a simple meal even when the restaurant is quiet is roughly 60 minutes, if it’s busy expect double that. It is honestly worse than waiting in traffic.
I was a fan of red pepper and have allowed for 3 poor experiences now back to back to review them appropriately. Be prepared for wrong orders...late orders.....cold burgers.....no management....sorry management who dont want to know and blame the floor staff....floor staff who are clueless and need to be told repetitively that things are not right...they still look confused. It's simply a case of this establishment has become so busy that service quality has deteriorated to non existent. Just an update, place is dead but still takes 80 mins to serve fish and chips, red pepper, was great, now is a distant memory, that was my last ever visit.
I came in with my wife and daughter and asked for a seat and was given one. Pretty soon it became peak time. We were dealt with very nicely even though it was a little cramped as we had a buggy. The service was above average and I tipped accordingly. The only problem i had was at the start the waiter told us there were no fries and no ice. But later on we even managed to get one waiter to give us ice. What a gent. So four stars!
The food at Red pepper can be very good but there customer service is disgusting! The men at the till do not know how to speak to customers at all. Training is severely needed to teach them some basic manners. After getting our order wrong we were told to 'just eat it' and that WE made the mistake when it was the person taking the order was rushing despite me giving the order twice. This isn't the first occasion that red pepper have been rude. Despite giving them a second chance was left disappointed. 2 stars are for the food only.
Red pepper is one of the best fast food places I have been to. Their burgers are top notch quality and I could not ask for better. I would give it 5 stars but food normally takes around 20 - 30 mins to arrive which is a long wait for fast food. Other than this I highly reccomend people to go. Their desserts are the best desserts I have tasted, the workers are very friendly, What more can you ask for, Great service.
