Only went in the play area but the staff were lovely. Good atmosphere. Temperature was comfortable making a nice change. Staff played a game of pass the parcel with the children.

Opinion can vary, some days food is brilliant and the experience with staff is very positive but other days food quality can lack and so can other areas. Fully comes down to which days you go and how busy it is. However, have never had an experience so bad as to say I wouldn't go back and staff always compensate any mistakes or negative experiences so I would recommend you give it a try and construct your own opinion.

Ate here tonight for the first time and as I expected it was reheated,poor quality food. The price was cheap but that was reflected in the food. We had a platter to start and the garlic bread was rock solid, the waiter then began to clear up before we finished eating. We waited ages for our main meals, then they only brought 3 of our 4 meals. We asked our waiter where the 4th was after waiting for 5 mins and he was really short with us, like we were being impatient. He then also cleared our plates before my mum had finished eating. Really poor service. Will not be going here again when there are other budget pubs, with good quality food in the area.

Mixed opinions, food was excellent however some members of staff shown little respect and was not very professional. Left the table to go to the bathroom and a member of staff had moved over half a bottle of wine and drinks and thrown away. There was a really lovely lady who worked behind the bar ( she had glasses on with dark hair) and also a gent ( dark hair)  who couldn't apologise and help enough!) also there was a really rude lady dark hair maybe a manager who was sorting Rotas out who was very arranging and rude. However can't fault the staff who put 100% effort in :)

Was seated right away. Didnt have to wait too long for food and it was lovely. Nice ambience too.
