It pains me to leave reviews like this but I feel its only fair to tell you about our experience which may be subjective. We arrived quite late and this was one of only a few places still serving in the area. The positives... it was open at 11pm and there was sufficient seating available. The negatives... the portions were tiny. We ordered a donner sizzler and it's fair to say there was more salad then actual hot food in a partitioned polystyrene tray. This item was a tad short of £6 and there was probably half a handful of chips and less then half a handful of donner. We also ordered chicken nachos. There was a small boneless breaded piece of chicken which was diced and served on a portion of chips with what can only be described as a lump of refrigerated cold cheese sauce. Needless to say it was again disappointing because it looked and tastes nothing like nacho chips. The wings.... we ordered 24 wings and they were swimming in hot peri peri sauce and whilst they were succulent and soft they were tiny.... they have not agreed with me or the family. Kids meals... served in small scf boxes containing wings which were done in the same spicy peri sauce and the kids found them way too hot to consume. Overall the food was disappointing and not something we'll be queuing up for again. The place was busy so it may well be that we've just picked the unpopular items or it was the end of the working day and we got the last of the stock?! It was interesting to hear a customer picking up his food give feedback to the staff that the last time he picked up his food he found that the wings were tiny. The staff member did say in response that if that happens again then to inform them straight away and they would add extra to the portion. Clearly my findings were not in isolation then?! Finally onto the customer service, the pros.... the staff were not rude to us... the cons... too many to list. The service was barely transactional and non descript and we could easily have been served by a vending machine which is how it felt. In conclusion, poor service, poor portion sizes for the price of the food, below average food and shabby service which is why this review scored as low as it did.
The peri has become very spicey. They need to reduce the spice level in the peri chicken Been eating this years but now due to the spice levels it causes issues
Peri chicken full bird really good taste and it was well marinated, accompanied with the nan bread, salad.
Great tasting burgers. Definitely Recommend this place. Usually have the peri peri chicken but thought I’d try the Billy burger which was perfect.

Had the chicken sizzler with flatbread and nacho chips. I expected the sizzler to be peri chicken on fried peppers and onions but sadly it was just chunks of chicken in an odd sauce which had been put onto the flatbread making it very soggy. The salad only had lettuce and onions and the chili sauce was minty. I didn’t eat much of it as it wasn’t very nice. I’ve had the bird meal before which was delicious and the flatbread was kept away from the chicken to prevent sogginess. The sauce’s that came with it were amazing and it came with a proper salad. Maybe they’ve had an off night but I honestly wouldn’t recommend anything other than the piri chicken

Horrible there pizaa might be good but they never listen to instructions and give u the wrong amount of pizza u order for example i ordered 9 they gave me 8 how is that a good place to buy pizza and also i asked ketchup on top they gave me no ketchup so annoying
this place is the best when i tried the chicken burger it was top class
Tried this place for first time anf the food arrived early and chips were hot enough but Both Chickens were cold and I actually live nearby. The food been replaced but the driver at the door argued with me like food never get cold, and I tried to explain but again he said is impossible. I gave him the cold one and he asked me to give back the plastic bag that came with the replaced order. Very Cheap behavior. Also I'm going to add a photo of the replaced one this time Chickens were hot but Lettuce was black and brown also there was a piece of plastic in my tray.
