Had a terrible experience with this car company. Our first time in Skegness on the 26th August 2016 and we came out of the train station to fleets of 7 and 8 sitter Red Cabs.. Called to order an 8 seater for me and my family who are 5 kids and 3 adults to go to Golden Sands and the guy on the phone said to wait for the next available one that come to the station. One arrived and I went to the driver and just the look he gave me made me know that he was not going to take us and he called their office and was not sure what was said but I could hear the guy on the radio said "tell her you can't take her" that then he came off the phone to tell me that they are only contacted to take butlin's customers and we were Haven customers. They all stood their waiting for over 45 mins with no customer and and some of the other taxi's said they can't understand why the can't take us as they were empty...we had to take separate taxi and at £35 each and meet two lovely gentleman who were willing to take us. We arrived in Haven Golden Sands and guess who pulled up behind us when we were getting our suitcases out but the same guy who refused to take us coming behind us with a white lady and her family of 4 on an 8 seater cab....Did I mentioned we were a black family. I did not put it together until my mother who is 73 years old mentioned it. I thought we have moved past that era in this country. I have never felt so bad and disappointed since being born in this country. I have never experience someone to use the race card in dealings before. My heart bleeds with shame..RED CABS OF SKEGNESS please move with the times..
