Absolute shambles of a company pre booked a taxi 40 minutes in advance when it came to the time tried calling them and no response so waited a while continuing to call them and they turned there phone off would not recommend to no one due to this appalling service ended up missing my train and had to pay for another ticket and wait 4 hours
Had a taxi from the ship Inn ingoldmells today at 1730ish. Driver helped with my shopping and was a really nice guy. Friendly and seemed genuinely interested in chatting. Top marks . Really happy with first choice.
Booked 20 mins in advance and no show made me late for my train home DO NOT GET THIS TAXI.
Came for a holiday with my 2 toddlers and struggled with a taxi for a double pushchair. These guy’s helped and supported our journey’s to and from everywhere we needed. The lady on the phone was absolutely lovely and very professional and the gentleman who we had driving was extremely helpful and understanding. Very very happy with the service provided will definitely be using you when we come back!
I booked these for the first time, never again!! I rang at 10 in the morning to book a taxi for work at 18.30. They said that was fine then never showed up!! I tried ringing and kept going to a recorded message then just started rejecting my calls altogether! Because of them I struggled to find another way to get to work at was therefore half an hour late, thanks ‘1st choice’ cabs. Avoid at all costs I should have read the reviews before! Disgusting.
Great service, cabs arrived before time stated. Drivers were courteous and friendly. Door to door service, great rates too. Will use these from now on when in the area.
Excellent service...used this firm to get home from butlins resort to wolverhampton arrived 10 minutes early,driver helped load and unload luggage will definitely be using this firm again next year
