Asked 2 taxis with A2B if they were available and they both asked where I was going. When I told them my location, they both said they were on a break and laughed about it.
Absolutely disgusting. Got a taxi from Southview Skegness to Busters. Meter started at £11, the most it should have started at with the six of us is £8.50, the driver,a lady then proceeded to take us on a detour around the housing estate to arrive back on the same road. We are locals and you must of not realised we live on those estates and know the roads ,we're are not tourists you can rip off. Dont use this company they will over charge you. After response from owner. Not impossible to put up to £11 taxi companies often add extras for luggage extra people etc, plus she went right on to lincoln road, left past scampton way, down Albany way to come out on burgh road, when because of diversion could have done what every other taxi company do and just drive straight up lincoln road.
Excellent service and price, would highly recommend this company.
Disgusting customer service! Rude, arrogant and shouts abuse to other road users! Not only in a public space but outside a primary school infront of children. Also shows no kind of regret for his actions and called the person who witnessed if all a pillock and referred to her child as an "IT". Should not be working with the public in my opinion and i will definitely NOT be using his services
