Situated a stones throw from the centre of Oxford, the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace, and the market town of Witney, Northmoor is the ideal location for your rural retreat, be it for business or pleasure. A quiet and tranquil location perfect for recharging the batteries; exploring the local countryside, Thames Path or Oxfordshire cycleway; or venturing to local towns and attractions. Within the village, only 2 minutes walk from the farm, you can enjoy local ales, an array of wines, and delicious locally sourced food at our community pub, The Red Lion.

The beautiful 16th Century farmhouse boats 2 well appointed en-suite guest rooms - one double and one twin. Homemade cake, a pot of tea, and a warm welcome await your arrival, all to be enjoyed in front of the log burner in the guest sitting room. Guests can make use of the free superfast broadband, perfect for those travelling on business or just wanting to stay in touch with the world! In the morning you can enjoy a freshly cooked breakfast using local produce, including eggs from our own hens.

Within the historic environs of Rectory Farm are two 4* self catering cottages, far removed from their former life as 17th century cart sheds. Each cottage sleeps up to 4 people in one double and one twin, with a family bathroom and separate shower room. The cottages boast south facing gardens with garden furniture and bbqs, overlooking some of our beautiful farmland. Inside the cottages you will find a log burner with plenty of wood to keep you toasty warm for the duration of your stay, as well as central heating, a fully equipped kitchen, and free super fast broadband.
