Very helpful and knowledgeable lady in the aquatic centre.

We bought our first aquarium and fish from a different shop and were not given the right advise to start with resulting in the death of nearly all the fish. 

The lady at Pets at Home has given us a lot of useful information which will no doubt help us get back on track and save the lives of the remaining fish. Wish we had seen her in the first place!

Great store with a wide variety of pet supplies. Something for almost every pet. Good value in most departments. The animals in the shop are all in good health. Staff are generally knowledgeable however they can be tricky to find. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. I would say this is a good port of call.

Variety is great. Usually some good deals. When there isn't deals some things can be a little expensive and when there is a huge que  there isn't much rush to have someone else jump on a till and serve. Staff are usually friendly and I love looking at the animals.

Staff don't seem particularly knowledgeable. They don't have a good stock of replacement filter cartridges, and the staff didn't even know the model (a very well known brand). Not particularly well laid out, when busy you struggle to get into the shop because of the queue.

Nice friendly staff and are willing to help. Though unfortunately your distributors for frozen mice have let you down. 
Every time within the last few months I have gone in to get Fluffs, the packets (even if they are clearly labelled Fluffs) have consistently contained pinks. I have flagged this up twice in store before but nothing has changed. I will come in for odd bits but not for Frozen Mice any more.
