Horrible horrible service. Everyone is so unfriendly and unhelpful. Stubborn ignorant big headed and the only two managers that process loans thinks its a good idea to take lunch at the same time. How inconvenient for customers is that?. Im not planning on visiting that Branch ever again in my life. The ladies that work the till, seems to find smiling similar to finding a solution to world peace. Ruins your whole day, it does. RBS should do an in-house training on Customer Service. Everybody in this branch needs it.
