Welcome to Rapport Dentistry!

Our practice opened in 2013 in the lovely area of Woughton on the Green.

Rapport Dentistry is modern practice using state of the art equipment.

We pride ourselves in offering patients an approachable, friendly and high standard of care.

I registered as a new patient at Rapport about six months ago. So far, I've attended one appointment with the hygienist and two with the dentist the second for an unscheduled issue the dentist was able to check the morning after I called the practice. I've been impressed by how thorough, professional, informative, and re-assuring they are. Page, the receptionist, is very friendly and efficient. The practice is clean, well equipped, and conveniently located. Form filling is a doddle if you are online. Hard to miss an appointment with email and text reminders sent well ahead of time.
The service is ok but money is their top priority. They always talk about money first and any single opportunity they get, they would rip you off. I did not like how the receptionist deals with patients and talking about money first and not having sympathy for the patient. Telling me I need to see the dentist before I could do my filling when I had already seen the dentist and the dentist gave me a treatment plan so I want to book based on the treatment plan given by your dentist. She says no that’s out of date, how much difference would I have in my teeth in 4-months? Absolutely ridiculous. I saw the hygienist twice and she was rushing me to get me out of the door so she can bring the next patient in, I have paid for your time so you cannot rush me and she did not like it.
It was my first time ever visiting a dentist myself. I am very glap I chose to go there despite the fact tgat I had to wait three weeks for my appointment but it was worth the wait. The dentist I saw Matthew was very nice and made me feel comfortable.
I was a nervous wreck when it came to dentists and I have had a lot of work done in my past too, but never really felt confident/safe or happy with one particular person, until I came here. Not only are they professional and a very clean practise, but they are amazing on many levels including customer satisfaction too. They make you feel reassured with any work carried out, more so, which is quite complex and will let you know what is involved too etc. I have seen Monica a few times and cant recommend enough including the practise itself. She is very professional and gentle more so if you are nervous comes up with suggestions to help you relax, which has been spot on and I feel, since seeing her, I am now confident I will be able to get anything done going forward.
Would recommend Rapport Dentist to everyone. Staff are friendly and make u feel at ease. They are always happy to listen to any concerns you may have. I had a tooth out yesterday, was bit nervous but I am being totally honest when I say that it was out before I even realised!! Thank you Cham and Hannah
This practice offers a great professional service and I'm most pleased with how caring they are ...they actually take time to explain the whole process and put me at ease...from the dentist to the hygienist to the receptionist thank-you all
I had cracked a tooth whilst on holiday and my NHS dentist could not see me until the end of March! I rang Rapport and was immediately accommodated with my old dentist Matthew. How good to be back in lovely caring hands. I am now another patient going private for dental treatment and I swore I would never succumb. You cant go two and a half months with a broken tooth, surely? Thank you Rapport you are the heroes!
Lovely dentist practise, very clean and covid secure. Paige is a wonderful receptionist and extremely thorough in her communication. The dentist picked up my care from another local dentist that went bust so I’m very grateful to have had the continuation of my treatment under his care, thank you.
I don't think you will find a better dentist than this. From the minute you arrive you are put at your ease by a very lovely and professional team. No issues with getting appointments, which are always on time too. I have just completed a 15th month invisalign treatment, I could not be happier with my results, they really do go above and beyond. They give great value for money and it has been worth every single penny. Thanks again to Cham and his team, from me and my amazing new teeth.
Kate Barker always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She takes time to explain what she is doing and is very thorough. Would highly recommend.
