I visited Broughton Dental Centre after registering as an NHS patient. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 5 years due to a bad experience (at another MK practice). I was therefore very nervous about my visit. I had decided that I’d best sign up to a new dentist as I was concerned about one particular tooth. I was extremely impressed by ever aspect of the practice. The reception area and examination room were very well presented – extremely clean and tidy and welcoming. The receptionist was polite and efficient. The dentist I saw was excellent. Very proficient, kind and welcoming. He talked me through everything he was doing and gave me excellent advice. I felt reassured and afterwards my original fears and intrepidation had gone. I can’t recommend the practice highly enough.
