Incredible staff, great service. I was in desperate need of pain relief and contacted the team. The Reception staff were so caring, empathetic and kind and managed to get me a pain appointment within 24 hours. I arrived at the surgery to a warm welcome and hardly had to wait. The Team looked after me, reassured me and provided a quick solution. I returned later the same day for a further consultation which again was made so much easier by the really thoughtful Reception team, nothing was too much trouble. I left feeling confident with my treatment plan. What a lovely, professional and capable team. thank you all so much.
The dentist was extremely polite and explained everything thoroughly. Answered all the questions I had. Would give 5 stars but the two ladies on reception were extremely rude and hostile. I asked what the other private charge was on the treatment plan, before I signed it. And the response was "didn't you read it". It was the hygienist cost that came under private treatment. When I said I didn't want to do the hygienist now but wanted to think about it the response was "just sign it". I asked about NHS band pricing and deductions if you need band 2 treatment but already paid for the check up. The response I got was " I don't know, I'm just the receptionist". On the other hand the chap at reception was polite and explained things well. Well done to him and the dentist. Other receptionists are letting down the clinic. 2 months wait for a check up and another 2 months wait for treatment on the NHS.
Really BAD! WORST DENTAL PRACTICE I EVER BEEN TO. Dental works - bad, reception - bad, work ethics - TERRIBLE! Once one of their dentist FIXED WRONG TOOTH! Second time I had to fix other tooth there I had to come back again coz it was looking very bad aesthetically literally gap between teeth was visible when I smile for the guy to finish it off... Receptionist can call you 7am wake you up ! to cancel your appointments for the same day and that is common practice with them. No proper way to put a complain forward. Emails gets zero response. And dont even ask me about waiting times on a call. Would never recommend this practice. Unless you only need hygienist and you desperate - dont even go there.
Have been a patient here for 5 years plus , dentistry is ok but if you have a problem you just cannot get to see a dentist ! I've tried for 3 weeks to get an emergency appointment , Im willing to pay to see someone privately , no appointments are available , so I have found a different dentist who saw me the day after I called . Regardless of the dentists , the receptionists the practise in general ... if you can't get a dental emergency sorted something is wrong .More time needs to be set aside! I see Dental works have replied and said I could have asked to be seen privately as an emergency , I have an email conversation to prove I asked if this was possible and a reply from Dental works to say no emergency appointments were available , private or NHS. If you can't cope with the amount of patients you have STOP ACCEPTING MORE because the service you end up offering existing patients is not good enough.
I've Previously had awful experiences with dentists. Although *I* was really awkward with this fear, the staff they were exceptional! Nice lovely welcome. With an understanding of my dentist phobia- the injections, drilling etc - they handled My fears with such grace. Checking in with how I am regularly, turning up radio 1 for a distraction for me and genuinely really kind. Not only the service being impeccable, my white filling genuinely looks like my original tooth. - mind blown. Ps - these are NHS staff, if you're wait is longer, it's because they are dealing with other patients who've taken longer/waiting for results. Not to mention the pay isn't exactly motivation and they have been outstanding too all off us. #receptionistsarepeopletoo
I would like to ask you why are you registering new patients if you don't have any appoinment for 6-7months. 3 months back me and my family got an appoinment for 21st Nov'22, to which I got a cancellation message on 21st 1 hour before my appoinment and now to get another appointment you don't have any appoinment in next 3 months. So after waiting for 6 months now again I have to wait for 3 more months. Really very bad experience.
Disgusting dental practice run by crooks. The dude SHAHZAD NASEEM is terrible at his job and he owns the practice hes constantly moving apportionments for his own leisure, I've been here for a few years and the state of my teeth due to fillings coming out and massive waits between and them not correcting there work sooner has caused me massive pain and discomfort along with psychological problems, I don't want to smile. Disgusting practice. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Don’t like the dentist but fiz was so kind and gentle talked me though the procedure I know just a filling but he was great and considerate definitely recommended him THANK YOU FIZ
Although we always make sure we are early to our appointments, we never seem to be able to be seen ontime, everytime we ended up waiting for half a hour whilst everyone else, who will always be seen in 10 minutes, or even immediately, however what made me annoyed was our most recent experience. I ended up waiting for 45 minutes, and the dentist only briefly checked up on me, within 5 minutes the appointment I waited for nearly a hour was done and I was asked to make another appointment, such a waste of time and money. After that, we tried to make an appointment at the reception with the blonde receptionist with fringe, she was impatient, rude and being sarcastic to us when she knew because of work and school we are unable to attend during day times. Overall it was a terrible experience with dental works.
Accepts NHS patients and a good feeling when you get here. Not like other dentists been to where its gloomy.
