Best dentist I've ever had. I'm a nightmare, nervous patient. All the staff were wonderful, including the receptionist who hugged me when I came out of the room was greatly appreciated. I had a back tooth out today and he was brilliant. I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. Talked me through everything. I just hope he never leaves or I'm back to square one.
Absolutely fantastic! I am such a nervous patient! I have a real phobia of the dentist, I had left some teeth that needed to come out for a long time due to my fear and I can finally say I think I’ve found a dentist that has helped me get over this. The reception staff are always polite on the phone and they got me in nice and quick. I had some teeth removed and my dentist was absolutely wonderful with me! I’m a big baby and he made sure I was comfortable, he didn’t judge me he listened to my concerns and most of all kept checking to make sure I was ok during the procedure which is normally unknown of from dentists I have been having a bit of discomfort with one of my teeth being removed it was quite stubborn to come out and I rang to see if he could do anything, he got me in within an hour and filled the socket for me so I was more comfortable and then reassured me if I had anymore pain feel free to come back and get it repeated. MK needs more dentists like this. The ones that listen, care and go above and beyond to make you as comfortable as can be. Thank you

After deep conversation with regard to extreme dental pain , filling fell out ,old Mercury They were able to assist straight away .,and place in damaged tooth a replacement filling untill my appointment schedule for . Feeling very grateful . At present tooth doing well ,plus filling.
I would leave 0 stars but I can't. My daughter missed an appointment April 2018 so they took her off the register and now only taking PRIVATE people. So now I need to find an NHS dentist in MK for my autistic 8 year old.
If there was an option for 0 star, that’s what I would give the practice. I was supposed to get teeth extracted for my braces. I was referred and had all the paper work. They scanned it in one week and said they’ll try to get me booked in the same week as they had several spaces. They didn’t get back to me the whole week. The staff were rude and smug. They lacked knowledge and didn’t provide me with the correct information. I called in to get an appointment for today, thinking I was getting my teeth extracted. She looked at my teeth for a couple of seconds. And said she couldn’t do them today. And maybe in 2 weeks’ time they asked the other dentist if he could, he refused. The counter lady threatened me to pay the 21.60 otherwise I’d get a fine. But the dentist didn’t even give me an examination, diagnosis and advice and I was dumb enough not to realise. I wasted my money! And time! I’m furious at the poor service provided. when I was young they gave me a silver filling without asking whether I wanted a white composite. It’s a joke. By far has the worst service and dentists. The hygienist doesn’t clean your teeth properly. If you want good service definitely to go private, the hub dental is amazing and definitely worth the money. Just because its located in a bad area doesn’t mean they should provide bad service. No apology could compensate what I’ve been through today. Now I’m getting them extracted privately.
Staff are friendly and make you fell very relaxed especially the reception staff. Having had intensive work done my dentist was always happy to see me at short notice to speak about any concerns I had after the treatment. After years of going to another dentist who I was always reluctant to go to due to the attitude of the staff and dentists themselves, after attending this one my faith was restored and I felt that they wanted the best for me and continue to do so. Excellent !!!!
My mother required a tooth extraction. The dentist applied anaesthetic but didn't work. He applied more and my mother still felt pain. The dentist proceeded to just pull the tooth out, leaving my mother to scream. Avoid this place. The dentist has no compassion or any duty of care. The receptionist seemed caring and kind. AVOID .
Great dentist . Unfortunately they nearly sent bailiffs round owing to their fault. They had under-charged my last treatment by measly pounds. I always pay fully whatever they asked . They sent 2 obscure letters demanding money with NO explanation. Then their 3rd threatening to send the bailiffs to chase this petty unpaid amount 30 odd pounds which wasn't my fault still NO explanation . When I got round to calling the receptionist explained but I wasn't entirely convinced of undercharge. I was forced to pay by card over the phone to avoid bailiff. BEWARE
