This is by far the best experience I have ever had in visiting a jewellery store, anywhere in Leicester. They gave me he highest level of service from start to finish. To say I was impressed with their level of service is an understatement. This is how business should be done, and all other jewellers should take note, for Ram Jewellers have set the gold standard in excellence, as far as I'm concerned. The team's openness, honesty, professionalism and full transparency really impressed me. All my questions were fully answered to full satisfaction, before I did business with them. Everything was checked and weighed several times, to be sure I received the highest price for my gold bracelets and chains. They even told me about the best time to sell my belongings, as the price of gold naturally fluctuates. They went above and beyond in providing the highest level of service, more than any other jewellery store I have ever visited. If you are thinking of buying or selling any jewellery, do not hesitate for a moment to pay them a visit. You will be very glad you did, as I was. Their kind hospitality and customer care, even while I was waiting to be seen, is noteworthy. It showed me they value each and every customer. This team knows what they are doing, and there is simply no comparison as far as I'm concerned. They are truly the jewellery experts in every aspect! Thank you so much for looking after me!
The Best Selection of the worlds finest precious gems and Jewellery. The Manager /managers very friendly and all ways allow entry with or without I'd, because the relationship between the staff and the customers is almost friendly at a distance of course So the Manager with the Ferrari is nice looking but not nowhere near as nice as the personality of the manager himself. I have been going to Ram jewellers for over 25 years. There is a reason I go back to this shop every time. The selection and quality of jewellery is excellent. The service is always warm and welcoming. Given there are so many shops to choose from on Melton Rd, myself and my family do not go anywhere else as we are confident Ram jewellers will always price match. Ram jewellers thank you so much for all the beautiful jewellery I have bought from you, and you have recommended over the years. My daughter has a beautiful inheritance in years to come.
welcoming inviting staff. They frequently checked their prices on their items to ensure their prices where correct in the back. upon purchase i over-payed 5x market value for some fine metals. The staff knowingly increased the prices by 500% to increase their profits at my expense as a customer. Eventually i got the refund as i returned to the store swiftly after realizing i had been outright swindled. on my return journey to the store for a refund i was reassured with no refund policies & small print. The staff kindly reassured me that this was my problem & that this was the normal procedure, Which it was. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK I found the experience to be very misleading & the conversations around negotiating prices where outright ridiculous. Negotiating for jewelry may be appropriate but for any type of investment around fine metals is outright daylight robbery. I expect not all are as fortunate as me & receive a full/partial refund & may lose substantial amounts of equity over a counter. I do not recommend shopping at Ram Jewellers.
Great if you want to see the owners Ferrari parked in the side street. Usually on the double yellow lines. Nice red one, you can't miss it. Or if he's feeling like a cheap day you'll see a couple of Mercedes parked instead.

Highly recommend Ram Jewellers always gives the most competitive rate on the Golden Mile, and a personal 1 to 1 service. You don’t need to shop anywhere else as they provide a 1 stop shop for all your gold buying and selling needs.
They use tricky sales tactics! over message they quote you different pricecheaper and when you arrive the price triples!!!! The main owner puts you under pressure and makes you rush.
I booked gold biscuts of 50g in advanced with full payment three days before dhan teras with sign and stamped receipt. When i went for Collection on dhan teras i was been told to wait untill boss arrived. I waited 3 hours and then i was been told we dont have your booked item. I was so disappointed that i have to refund my money back and that also on dhan teras as we all know how bad it feels on dhan teras day
