Found on the main road and easy to find. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Well behaved dogs allowed inside. Dinner service was fast and efficient. Desserts are fairly big !! Food is fairly priced. Recommended for some quick pub grub, nothing fancy, just good hearty meals !!

This was honestly such a lovely pub. Everything about it was enjoyable.. the location, the music, the decor, the atmosphere, the food, the service and the price. Excellent quality food. We will be visiting again travelling over an hour because it really is worth the trip for the food alone.
That might just be the nicest pie I’ve ever eaten. Incredible scran. 10/10. Must visit. Lager was lovely too. Perfect combination. Very friendly staff, lovely pub, incredible food. Can’t argue with that.
Brilliant food. Great value. £16.95 for a 2 course meal and a pint, what a bargain.
Good menu choices, nice decor, clean, reasonably priced and friendly staff. Also great to see a pub with a well priced children's menu. The Ultimate BBQ burger is a beast. Nice atmosphere for the family. Was going to knock a star off as our desserts took a long time to come out and required a couple of reminders. But it's a nice place and deserves supporting.
Visited on 18/03/23. Great food all served hot and presented excellent. Staff all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Especially a girl who was our waitress. Blonde hair tied up wearing glasses. Made you feel very welcome. Well worth a visit. A place being managed properly. All adding to a great time spent.
It's been a long time since I visited here last and felt a little dubious about whether I had made a good choice. I am pleased to say that I have been very pleasantly surprised to find the whole interior has been refurbished about 2019 I think and extended. A choice of well kept cask ales and a very good menu at reasonable prices. Very efficient, helpful and friendly service.
I was out for a 'festive menu meal' on Saturday 17th December. The carvery was very nicely cooked it's amazing how many places get this wrong. One of my friends had a pizza and ate it all that's a rarity. On this evening there was some decent live music. I did hold back from dancing though! Me and my friends pulled our crackers, briefly wore our Christmas hats and had a few little drinks. A nice time was had by all and all at a great price too. Will definitely come again.
Food has got better since last visit.
