Brilliant service from a local company based in Cardiff. Bought a top of the range tv which was cheaper than John Lewis and was delivered and set up promptly at at no additional cost. The Radiocraft engineer who did the set up was very helpful and spent some time making sure I was happy with everything before he left. Highly recommended.

Excellent value and outstanding service from the staff who were attentive, reliable, informative and in regular contact to ensure I received my goods on time. I wish I had a Radiocraft store near me as they performed head and shoulders above the well-known retail competition - big and small!

I came across Radiocraft on line and cannot recommend them highly enough !!! After spending most of the day trying to buy a black washing machine and being told by Curry’s and Argos that everything was home delivery ( even when I visited the stores with stock there ) and then being told there was up to seven days delivery ( with the privilege of being charged for delivery) , one quick phone call to Radiocraft ( without having to press 1 to talk to the cleaner or Press 2 to go back to the main menu ) and not only was I able to pick a the machine that day but when I mentioned that I was travelling 20 miles to pick it up , Radiocraft then offered to deliver THE NEXT MORNING FOR FREE. Next morning , 10am my nice new black washing machine was sitting in my kitchen. Well done Radiocraft on your exceptional customer service , maybe the larger companies could follow where your clearly lead !
