Sadly I have to update my review, when purchasing my surround sound system I asked the salesperson if the system support 4K and was told definitely yes, now have sky Q installed I find it isn't. A company like Bose should not be using these tactics for a sale. Will be going to John Lewis now who sell a wider variety audio products and have exceptional customer service and extended warranty.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Staff are rude and unprofessional. Take my advice and use john lewis instead.
