Had an amazing experience purchasing our pram, the lady who helped us Ruth made the experience stress free and fun! She gave us all the information we needed about the pram and answered all of our questions she couldn't have done more to help us out. Ruth is an asset to the team and we will definitely be a returning customers.
Have been calling for hours today with no answer. Not the 1st time this has happened, very disappointed
Very poor customer service from Julia and when I asked her for a name to raise my concern to a member of staff, Julia abruptly told me “none of your business” luckily I noticed she had a name tagnnI’ve tried contacting the Cardiff store 17 times with nobody picking up the phone. I’m going to contact head office.
Love it , staff are nice, they gave us what we wanted. Brilliant
Amazing experience at the Cardiff store tonight. Myself and my partner walked into the shop with not a clue what to get our son for Christmas - met Dennis at the desk and he spent the time and effort showing us around and suggesting toys that he may like! Safe to say we came out very happy customers with a trolley full of gifts. Amazing customer service from Dennis can’t thank him enough!!!
