Great customer service, booked in advance for the Genius Bar to replace my battery. Service and comms was very good. Unfortunately, they broke my screen while replacing the battery resulting in a longer wait time. However, the screen was replaced with a brand new one free of charge and without hesitation.

Top service and recommended.

It's your standard Apple Store. More employees than customers, and an array of phones, tablets and computers at inflated prices. They are nice products and I own an iPad myself.

It can get very busy at peak times with heavy footfall of people mainly there to have a look (it being an Apple Store). Book an appointment and you should get seen promptly if you arrive on time. The staff are very friendly and motivated, despite clearly being stretched by the amount of customers demanding attention. If you arrive at a peak time without an appointment and need an 'iDevice' looked at, bare in mind that you will not be a priority; booking online is free and always preferable and makes everyone's lives easier.

Work in town so called in on spec on 23rd Feb with my misbehaving, ageing i-Pad. A bit like me. Fixed up with a Genius within 10 mins of arriving. Problem solved within 20 mins. Treated professionally, courteously and with respect rather than like an idiot which quite frankly I would have deserved. Great advice offered once my problem was sorted and off I went on my merry way, well impressed with the service. Well done.

Booked in for 12.10pm yesterday by apple customer support for a 7 month old bent iphone 6.
Didnt have to wait long to speak to a 'genius' who proceeded to tell me it had been bent on one side, on purpose i presume by my 8 year old daughter.....so after some mild arguing and toing and froing with ... the 'genius' it became clear that the only resolution they were going to offer for the fundentally flawed device was for me to pay for a new fundamentally flawed device. 
Basically ... was under the impression that we were trying to blag a new iphone. 
Bearing in mind this phone was in mint condition not a mark on it.
Over the years we've probably spent in excess of 7 grand on apple products but they'll never get another penny out of me.
Oh and just so ... was aware of the fact that i couldn't give a toss about a new phone or how much it costs i bent it clean in half and left it for his consideration.
My daughter now has a new samsung phone.
