I used to love this place. ME needs to think about their brand. We had a lunch reservation, the lady at the door not very friendly with an attitude problem the other porter and the couple by the lift were nice. They should make it clear when you book that you need to take ID with you. The menu is extremely limited. The service was good. It was much better in the past.

Very impressive bar indeed. The design and layout of the bar screams class the moment you walk in with a DJ booth right in the middle of the floor playing very enjoyable easy listening music at a volume that is bearable to enjoy a social setting. Staff are incredibly helpful and never make you feel like you are putting them out of their way to do something. Cocktails were delicious, not worth £15 but considering the setting and what you are getting I was happy to pay. The setting is incredibly romantic with a view out over London in an outdoor setting that is covered and heated. If you are a smoker there is an added bonus that you can smoke out here and not get too cold in the winter. Certainly a five star establishment but your bill will reflect this at the end of the evening.

Can’t even understand how this place is still open for business. If you’re into being treated with horrible customer experience whilst still paying almost double of the expected price for drinks. This truly is the place for you to check out. There really isn’t any valid reason one would want to go to this...perhaps the ego of letting someone allow you past the “velvet rope” out front while others wait. But that’s it. The view is okay, but certainly not worth the effort to go there. Let’s sum it up. If you give me free drinks and food to spend the evening there again....I’ll pass. The manager Little Britain really should work on his leadership as well.

Fairly disappointed with the rooftop bar. I had made lunch reservations for two. Even making reservations was difficult and a number of phone calls had to be made before the phone was actually answered. The food menu is rather small and overpriced but, the cocktails were very good. Although not busy it was quite a challenge to get waited on. I would have spent more on drinks had it not been so difficult to order. When it was time to go I made the universal "air signing of a bill". A member of staff did finally make their way to our table. I then watched as the same member of staff had a ten minute conversation with a colleague before returning with a card machine. You can do much better elsewhere.

First time here, reception looks swanky and the rooftop is trendy with really nice outdoor sofas that just invite you to sit down. I’ve been to a few rooftop places and Radio has been nicely set up. Expect normal pricey drinks. Great place though.
