From first to last, our experience with Radiators4U was exceptional. The web site and vast range of product made the choice very easy. We run a Bed and Breakfast, in a 270 year old Georgian Town House, and are currently adding the finishing touches, following an extensive refurbishment. The Rochester ornate cast iron radiators are ideal, and the high BTU ratings are perfect for our heating needs. The delivery was faster than quoted and the communication was excellent. Delivery was achieved without issue and we absolutely love the product. Thanks, we will definitely use again, and would thoroughly recommend this company.
Ordering online for this type of radiator and making decisions based on images isn’t easy. But what you see is what you get! My product expectations were exceeded with the custom colour. And the farrow ball match is fantastic! Although this is a online store, the customer service from placing order to after delivery has been exceptional and the team were happy to help and answer all questions. They go the extra mile to keep you informed on order status, to the after service call to make sure everything is good with the product. By far the best customer service received in a long time
We ordered a bespoke size radiator from this company and we have received an excellent service. The radiator was missing the brackets but we contacted radiators 4u and they were swift and efficient getting the brackets to arrive the following day! Would highly recommend this company. They follow up things promptly, efficiently and professionally 5 stars!
I found some nice TRVs and pipe shrouds on their site. Easy ordering process - ordered on Friday, arrived on Sunday. Only challenge was that one of the valves was missing from the delivery - these things sometimes happen. I exchanged a number of messages with Shelly from their customer services team who was brilliant and organised for the missing valve to be sent out to me on next day delivery. Really impressive customer service!
What an incredible company. Orders arrive very quickly, products are great quality and comms are perfect. Only minor point is not offering free returns, which in the day and age is a little unexpected, but still, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from you again. Thank you.
Great company, They went the extra mile for me to get the Radiator Shrouds I wanted Lucy in sales kept me up to date by email and although they were out of stock of the particular pipe shrouds I needed They were out of stock in loads of places they managed to source them for me! and sent them straight out, that's what I call excellent service, I would not hesitate to recommend Radiators 4U.
My experience with Radiators 4u was excellent in every way. I have used them a few times. My last order was complicated by a mistake I made and Aleks from Radiators 4u was straightforward and helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. She resolved my mistake with some, not insignificant additional work, and had my product with me very quickly. This type of service is extremely rare particularly when I compare with some much larger organisations I have dealt with. Totally recommended. Oh and the radiators are excellent too!
I required a replacement valve for my cast iron radiator. Sent radiators 4u a picture & managed to find the exact colour & design. Great service. Thank you as I had tried several plumbers merchants without success.
