I had a kitchen designed by jake and fitted by my builder . The end result has been amazing. The customer service at Howdens has been excellent very helpful team to work with a really good quality kitchen and gas hob and oven provided . I recommend this company 100% and will definitely use them again in the future. An excellent company.
Couldn't rate Howdens enough, especially Andy White the sales guy who looked after me through the whole process. His customer service was second to none. Having been in this line of work for years it is nice to be recognised for your work! I love the kitchen and the design he came up with. A few teething problems along the way and a few minor ones to still sort but Andy has made the process very smooth. Thank you I'm really pleased with the end result!
Seriously never been to a place that was so helpful. From making a clear path for my wheelchair to get in and being grated and treated by so many pleasant staff...we went to pick kitchen as house was getting adaptations done for me as I'm a paraplegic. We was seen by Mark who again was fantastic and service was 2nd to none if I could give 6 stars I would. Kitchen designed and ordered and really would recommend with good selection and styles. To make things even better we don't have to wait weeks for things to be ordered as all items were in stock. Great team work guys!

Howdens kitchens. I always use them. Great for advice or help. Andy in the design team, goes the extra mile.
Excellent service from Jake and the sales guy on the shopfloor. When dealing with manager Ian about some damaged items everything changed. He lacked sensitivity about the situation and used a tone that I would never use with any of my customers as I find high pitch tone very sarcastic and rude. Very disappointed not with the experience at Howdens, but with his attitude and approach.
Quick service and they carry you're items to you never had a problem with service or products other places could learn from them
Amazing staff friendly and knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble. Kitchens such good quality and an array of styles and colours.
Great kitchen designers and suppliers. Trade only but go along and they will help you. You'll then need to find a fitter and trades people. Our new kitchen is brilliant
