Good shop for tools but some employees are not very nice to customer today I want to return a faulty tool after two days didn't use it the guy refused to return it and say it is ok like 2+2=5 it is faulty but it is ok although the manager came and solve it stil they are like always right some of them speak arrogantly and rude to me it is my second time experience so i decided not to go this shop anymore.
Rob is a top bloke, one of the very few genuine people you'll ever meet. Helen is also lovely

The guy I spoke to on the phone yesterday was genuinely very helpful however the Saturday chap really wasn't into his job today, also, It would have been nice to be given a hand out with the items rather than being told it was "okay" to do two trips it was devoid of customers . Great shop for browsing through, could have easily spent my life savings on tools three stars because if I'm paying a bit more to shop in a UK based store, rather than on-line, I expect a bit of customer service.
Brilliant staff extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and always got what I need in stock won't go anywhere else for tools now
Awful shop refused my refund when the product hadn't been used hadn't been taken out of the box an all still sealed inside. I brought back 4 days later. Apparently credit notes only awful shop
Was at the store doing some industrial gutter cleaning and a few roof repairs, was impressed with the size of the store and how much stuff they had the demo of the module units that are really smart. The staff where also very friendly.
Went on a date with guy that works in there he was wel fit
Helpful and friendly staff. Great service. Everything I've purchased to date has been of good quality and well priced.
The staff are helpful and friendly always willing to give you good advice this is a great shop if I had the money I could spend thousands
