Diego absolutely smashed my bike renovation! Amazing communication, craftsmanship and attention to detail, worked within my budget (which was low) and then went above and beyond to ensure I had the very best I could get. Couldn’t recommend a better bike shop. Top marks!

I really recommend this bike shop. Diego is very friendly and helpful and they do small/large repairs on bikes - even my very lowly one. They are so nice that they sorted out a small job on my brake and wouldn't take any money. They sell handmade lovely bikes but don't be put off as they do repairs to normal bikes as well (when I've paid for a new wheel the cost was very reasonable and he tried to keep the cost as low as possible.)

Just what Walthamstow needs, a horrendously overpriced, self-styled 'Artisan' bike shop (they also sell bikes made of sourdough and spelt) aimed solely at people with more money than sense, which is probably why they all paid over the odds to move to E17, ruining the area as a result. 

This place was recently ram raided but is unfortunately still open. Only 'Today Bread', which is a few doors down, has a worse name when it comes to new local businesses. Both represent the new Walthamstow and neither are of any value to most residents of the area and I.

A.E. Bellchamber on Palmerston Road was for many years the best bike shop in Walthamstow, catering to all types of customers. Racer Rosa sell their bikes exclusively to the new middle class who have made Walthamstow their home over the past 5 years and much like the London property boom, they won't last.

Great shop, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I just popped in for a really basic bit of emergency repair and Diego couldn't have been nicer. Thanks so much!
