I shop there occasionally shoes, hiking stuff or running stuff. Discounts are great, stuff many time is busy, but till now I can say that never rude with me and opposite they have been help me. Sometimes they do not have my size but this is not issue for me 'cos I always buy in discount to have shoes only for season. Even so they do not have my favorite brand so that ok for me. When I shopping I spend there a lot of time and I do not rush so waiting for me also not problem if occurs. For me good shop.

The staff are completely rude. Literally asked a guy for help (black guy) and even his colleague (another black guy who looked to be late teens or maybe 20s) for help, both ignored me and walked downstairs laughing. Even a girl (black) who eventually came to me was useless. My message to the manager is get rid of your employees, they are literally killing your business. Get professionals who are ambitious, not these idiots.

Went to buy goggles, and was accused of swapping the items into a different box with a cheaper price tag because I spent too long looking at them (few minutes). I didn't. Wanted to have a look at the CCTV as they said they had seen everything but said they won't let me have a look and told me to leave the shop. Very rude. I was also told I can't touch goggles as they have contact with my skin and I might spread something to other customers! So so so rude! It's not underwear! Never been treated in my life like that. Will never do my shopping there. Avoid!

Probably my worst ever customer service experience - being ignored for about an hour and a half while waiting for help to try on astro boots. I was about to go home with an ill fitting shoe (I needed them for a coaching course the following day), when in injury time a 17 year-old weekend lad to my surprise turned out to be safe and did not mind at all having to compensate for his uncaring colleages by providing me with the missing service AFTER THE STORE HAD CLOSED!! I got the impression that all that matters is large amounts of money, and will avoid the store if I can.

Staffs upstairs are very rude! No staffs to be seen when shoe sizes required. Aweful!
