There are no words when it comes to losing a loved one, and organising their funeral is too difficult to even contemplate - you want to give them the best send off possible - but aren’t emotionally equipped to even think straight. RW Roberts and Son guided us through the arrangements for my fathers funeral with sensitivity, compassion and the expertise that comes with years of experience. They were literally at the end of the phone whenever needed; they were patient and kind, and their advice was invaluable. They made the process bearable, which under the circumstances is a massive achievement. My fathers funeral was exactly what we wanted and needed it to be. It was personal to him. We felt that we had celebrated his life. So thank you RW Roberts and Hefyn in particular. You were there in our time of need, and for that, we can’t thank you enough. Sam, Nic, Marie and Einir

They are very Professional it was very quick Mums death Arwel helped me soo much as we were heart broken Mum lived in Afowen and we live in Liverpool were Mum grew up Arwel brought Mum to Liverpool Church that was very special to Mum and all our Family .it was no trouble to Arwel he helped us with everything this Funeral Directors is so helpful and Careing in the time of sadness they are Highly Recommended thank you soo much Gail xx
Many thanks to Arwel and the team at R.W. Roberts in Denbigh for helping my sister and I with our mother’s recent ceremony. During what has been a difficult time for our family with the passing of our Mum during a national lock-down Arwel and his team nevertheless provided us with a most professional service displaying utmost consideration whilst guiding us through arrangements. We were grateful and appreciative that a webcast service and visual tribute were available allowing distant family and friends as far afield as Japan & Canada to connect with the ceremony. I would not hesitate to recommend R.W. Roberts to others. Thank you.
R W Roberts & Son handled my Grandmother's funeral with incredible care and sensitivity. Everything was explained clearly, we were given lots of options and guided through the steps we needed to take with patience and understanding. They made a difficult task simple and her casket was beautiful. Thank you all.
Thank you so much to R W Roberts of Denbigh. They guided us through what was needed for our mum with patience and complete understanding, even during the Covid Lockdown. They were receptive to all our ideas, whilst ensuring that everything was “right” on the day. And they facilitated the creation of a truly wonderful visual tribute of photographs for the service. Family and friends watching on the Webcast from as far away as Canada were able to feel part of the Service. No hesitation in recommending.
We were bowled over by the kindness, compassion and understanding shown us by Arwel and Deiniol of R. W. Roberts, whilst organising a recent funeral. They were professional, helpful and understanding. They were readily available to accommodate our requests, understanding of all we asked, superbly thoughtful to the family and very caring. The burial wasn't a traditional one, yet they took it all in their stride and nothing was too much trouble. They eased a very difficult time and we will forever be grateful to them for the generosity of their kindness.
This is the first time we have used this funeral directors, and may I say what a very caring, professional and very dignified send off our beautiful mum had. Our family were kept informed and treated with care and respect throughout. So again Thank you all
