My only disappointment which as is often the case in life all it takes to spoil an occasion occurred today before the service for my father in law. Having traveled 2 hours to arrive a little early my wife an I opened the door quietly to the waiting room to use the bathroom. A crematorium employee moved towards me and on being given our request sternly told me i would have to wait and closed the door in my face and locked it. I worked for a funeral director for 18 months and never witnessed such officious behaviour. We made our way to the office and the staff member there couldn’t have been more polite. Manners cost nothing and should be a prerequisite to the post.
As this business only opened in 2016 it is very new looking. We arrived early as travelled from Liverpool and wanted to get there on time. Arrived at 10.20 AM for 11 AM service. Only office open and accessed toilets through office, which I thought was a bit inconvenient. Staff seemed OKAY and was surprised at the lack of rush to get service finished. With lack of rush and pleasant surroundings it was easier to reflect on what was taking place. Thank you for that.
Excellent the team have been been amazing showing great empathy. understanding. respectful at all times. Special thanks to Nan. David & Aled. Beautiful. Peaceful and relaxed surroundings Thankyou for all your help over our recent loss. We are eternally thankful of all your help. Ann Young
When my father died in June I had a Cremation without Funeral at Denbighshire Memorial Park and found the service provided and the staff to be excellent and respectful. When I asked could I have my mother's ashes scattered alongside my fathers on the Denbighshire Memorial Parks grounds this was done at no extra cost and took away any further upset and stress.
Although id visited the beautiful site before, this week I visited for the first time as a funeral director. The setting is simply stunning and the staff are truly amazing especially Nan and Sue. Diolch
My husband''s funeral was carried out with the utmost respect and commented on favourably by our family and friends. In arranging a memorial for him afterwards the kindness and sympathy shown to me was second to none.
if heaven is on earth this crematorium is it peace perfect peace best one we have ever been to no big chimneys looks like a house we are both going there when our time comes loved the little pond area so tastefully done priest organist staff outstanding our mate had a brilliant send off not rushed and the place all to ourselves views amazing loved the windows onto the fields so you could watch the world go by as the service came to an end as always we found it hard to leave but going onto the carpark helped us no we had to go
