After my brother passed away suddenly in London me and my family didn’t no what to do or where to turn! Tongs funeralcare was recommended to me by a family friend and I’m so glad we used them! Nothing was too much trouble and they even arranged to bring my brother home! They made the whole experience personal to us throughout, especially in the chapel of rest and on the day of the funeral! The ladies were so kind and caring I couldn’t fault the service at all! I will continue to use them and recommended them, my mother has even taken out a funeral plan with them. Thank you again for all you did for me and my family

I got put onto tongs by one of my mums friends just before she passed and it was the best decision i made to use them. From the moment i rang up the lovely lady on the other end of the phone helped me with everything and actually cared about what was going on which was really comforting for me at that time. When the time came that my beautiful mum passed they was straight away on the ball and helped with everything, when i went in to discuss what was next they greeted me with open arms and made sure mum was looked after and that she would have the best send off with them. All the way through this tough time everyone at tongs was amazing and i can't thank them enough for helping me in those dark days after mum had passed, Lauren and John were amazing especially on the day of the funeral where they were so professional but this goes to everyone who works for tongs in the office and at the funeral i just can't remember all the names. Perfect service from beginning to end.  My stepfather passed suddenly. During our most difficult time we were all treated very well especially my stepfather John.  Lauren took care of us very well.  I can recommend toungs with hand on heart And  say they are caring , thoughtful and professional.  I was happy with the price and felt we were in control of things monewise.  We were offered some services which we took and some we didn’t.  No pressure at all was put on us.   Thank you for making a difficult time a little easier.

After thinking this place was OK, I now say they will do anything for money, my husband and I made verbal arrangement with them regarding his funeral as his burial, where he could be buried and where he wanted to be buried, as he was Agnostic they rang us back with information and it was looking as if he could get close to what he wanted, he DID NOT WANT TO BE CREMATED, so chose to be buried in Gronant, taking a few sentimental treasures from his PARENTS in the coffin with him. We asked if we should pay now?  But they reassured us that if we left the money in the bank it would not be a problem. My beautiful husband the one true love of my life was cruely taken a few months after. I called Tongs and asked about coming to see him and sit with him a while and they refused. They refused ALL his friends and all his/our family! His ex's kids who out of spite had gone in and paid for him to be cremated told them nobody shall be allowed to visit or see him, I tried begging crying calling the police everything and dead people have NO rights, nor do their next of kin! . Yes they did remember our phone calls but first through their door with some cash overruled everything we disgussed and agreed on. His ex's kids continued the whole way and cheap skates cremated him, denying my husband and I any time before they destroyed every last bit of evidence that he ever existed and even denied him a grave with a headstone, happily buying themselves and their friends watches, phones and holidays with our money !!  I will never forgive Tongs, the ex's kids did not surprise me at all! but TONGS had no right to go against everything we agreed months previously, it was positively EVIL WITHOUT LIMITS orRESPECT, my and my husbands worse nightmare, even now I cannot believe what happened, but it Is TRUE, EVERY IS WORD IS TRUE, and my last post with this story was removed. DISGUSTING!!  See if this one stays here.

What a brilliant company so professional at such a sad time, staff here cared for my brother after suddenly passing away very professional caring staff highly recommended
