Went here today with my 6 year old and he joined in some of the activities like making the bird feeder and following the nature trail. Sadly wasn't the best of weather even though we did mange to do some pond dipping. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Only things I would say is it would be good to offer perhaps some other kid friendly activities perhaps a activity sheet to do while in the cafe like wordpuzzle crossword with bird names in or some nature trivia and also perhaps a little more variety of kid friendly foods. But other than that really good family day out.

Lovely day out to spot buzzards, bees, hobbies and swans. If you love bird watching and want a relaxing day i would recommend visiting. Staff are really friendly and you can loan out some binoculars whilst there. Visit visit visit

A large, lively wetland where you may find varieties and rare birds, cows, other animals and bugs/bugs hotel. Lots of hideouts for bird watchers; a place to be real close to nature! Kids educational activity, play area is also interesting.

Excellent for all ages ... lots of birds to see and pleasant walks. Mobility scooters and those less mobile catered for. Nice shop and cafe
