caravan purchased brilliant. Dave the engineer really helpful, doing everything on his own. really nice guy.  David the salesman, never met him,  but when my finance rung him he was rude, swore at him and then hung up. Great asset to the company I do not think. should be ashamed of himself...

Saw a lovely caravan on line. Photos looked amazing. Travelled over 4 hours to view as caravan looked to have everything we wanted. On arrival the engineer, only guy on site couldn't have been more helpful, but was doing everything alone. The caravan was indeed a lovely van but had been stripped of the advertised motormover, no gas bottles, no leisure battery and no water pump.  When questioned about this he said oh we just copy and paste photos wasn't actually your van on line! Although we still purchased the caravan, it was the same caravan, on closer inspection the motormover had definitely been removed   so RG could sell separately  as connection socket was still where leisure battery should be stored, but wasn't, and there was marks by the wheels where mover attachment once was. So clearly we were lied too. Happy with caravan but beware you will be lied too

After looking around a number of caravan sales we bought a caravan from here in Sepetmber, just what we were looking for. Found a problem with the caravan end November beginning December contacted RG Caravans who asked me to bring it in for an inspection, agreed the work to be done and it was finished by beginning of January very happy with the service and workmanship. very tidy site, staff are very helpful
