We did a part exchange. Hassle free. Matthew really helpful and he sorted all the paperwork etc for us. MOT done and 3 month warranty given as well. Would definitely recommend this company if you want a used car.

I would recommend H.Tones to all. I have been looking for a new car for some time now, search many different places. I really don't know much about cars other than to drive them and maybe change a wheel. I walked onto the forecourt feeling anxious but then one of the guys just made me feel relaxed. No sales pitch to pressure, just "look around and I'll be in the office to answer any questions you may have". I looked around seeing many lovely looking cars, I then found Matthew, he asked a few questions and professionally realised I didn't really know much about cars or even what sort of car I wanted. A few simple questions later from him to me and I had narrowed the choice down to 3 cars that I loved and actually suited my lifestyle, affordability and needs. If I could I would of bought all 3 because all where amazing deals. However 2 days later I was driving my new mazda 3 sport home. I wanted to take it the minute I had made my decision but the car had to go through H.Tones quality control first given a full service and mot and another valet even though my car to me already looked brand new. Just amazing service from start to finish. Thank you John

My 4th purchase from Tones as I live in the town! I saw this car on the Web and had to go and look at it, test drive and I had to have it. Went Wednesday last week asked if I could have it for Thursday night as I was away Friday morning for the weekend 3.5hr drive to Skegness same back the car never missed a beat love it. So to the sales men that pulled out all the stops to have it ready and the the lads who prepared it thank you. If I could give 10starz I would.

Today I bought a Vauxhall MOKKA X 1.4 petrol turbo car from H Tones. Really nice to look at. Quiet and comfortable to drive and with 6 gears; it should be kind to my wallet. Service and M.O.T. done today too. The members of staff Henry and Matthew were really helpful. They provided me with what I wanted and needed. NOT what they just wanted to sell. I have had 3 cars from H.Tones and all of them have been amazing. All of the staff here are really helpful and friendly and have arranged for me to test drive the cars and have had all of them ready within a few days of me purchasing them. When picking the cars up they have all had MOT, Service and valet. I would never go anywhere else for another car and would recommend this garage to anyone.
