Had my second mobility car up to now and each time I've been dealt with is with a lady called Mo Payne , makes you feel welcome and will explain things to detail and anything your not sure on she will always make it her ability to help you understand , the service is fabulous and each time I've been in or they was something needed doing with the car then the team have also helped , would definitely recommend vauxhall in Hartlepool.
My car was due both an MOT & Service on Thursday 26/09/2024 dealt with so well by Maxine on service reception. Was kept informed of progress and time for the car to be picked. A very pleasant experience
