Such a wonderful array of products for every pet imaginable at extremely reasonable prices. If what you want is not available immediately, the owner - Richard will go out of his way to try to help you. He is such a friendly, youthful, amiable man, always service with a smile and easy conversation. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in Royston or the surrounding area for a first rate service.
The reason why you should always shop local! Last week we went in to buy some seeds and string.This week I popped back in, not only did the lovely shopkeeper recognise me but he had been saving the string that we had brought and that we thought we had lost under our car seat in case we returned. Completely above and beyond customer service that is never seen in the big shops. Thanks for being so great.
