Wow - what can i say - every time i walk in there is always a Que - Staff stood around telling customers to stand in another Que for the machine in the wall - So many staff stand and chat instead of maybe taking initiative instead of following policy watching customers squabble in waiting. Cant transfer money over cashier point - cash only - WE LIVE IN A CASHLESS SOCIETY -

Great bank. Easy to get things sorted. The staff are friendly. Lied to. Told I had to be 16 to set up online & mobile banking. Website and Customer service said 11.

Now shut all day on a Saturday and closes at 3pm weekdays. Some of us are still working through the week you know? Can't do everything on-line.

Best part of this natwest was that I had my 6 week old baby with me and she started crying because she needed food but becsuse im breast feeding and didn't want to feed in public because you get so funny looks from people and theres some wired people out there the guy offered me a room where there was no one... lovely people that work in natwest Darlington

No system for queuing with customers sent back and forth and long wait times. Chaotic service which hopefully won't spread to their financial services

The Natwest app is really useful and saves me having to go into the branch.

Internet says open till 6.... It closes at 5 time and petrol wasted  thanks natwest
