Check Check Check your paperwork. Deposited cash into current account and they debited my account by that amount. 51 Years as a Yorkshire Bank customer - Not good Yorkshire Bank.....Where's my apology? You cant get in touch with the branch to sort things like this out, its all call centres. Even when you ask to be put though its always busy.........

Very poor customer service! Cannot ring the branch direct, have to go through call centre. Impossible to try and make an appointment
