Experience today was awful The manager - the lady with the brown hair needs the sack Tried to change address she asked for a letter of previous address we have never heard of this all you need is your card and pin All our letters are packed away in a storage unit hence why we are changing address as we've moved She asked for any letter so my wife brought in her pregnancy notes and she said its not good enough after stating to bring anything in We was in and out 3 times 3rd time lucky we got the young lad with short hair and glasses he was a lovely chap a lifesaver Avoid the manager... I'll change the review if she does away with her own silly policies and we get a apology. :-)
